Sunaina Textile is an online store offering stitched and unstitched clothing, Textile, and related accessories. All purchases through this website are subject to these Terms.

Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.

5. Stitched vs. Unstitched Items

Unstitched items:

Sold as fabric only unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any model images are for styling reference.
Matching of dupatta, trouser, or shirt shades may vary slightly by batch.

Stitched items:

Size charts are provided; customers must verify before ordering.
Minor differences in cut or finish may occur due to tailoring patterns.
Custom stitching (if offered) is final sale unless defective.

6. Pricing

Prices are listed in PKR unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Any promotions, bundles, or discounts may be limited-time and subject to conditions.
Taxes or duties (if applicable) are added at checkout or paid by customer on delivery.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or address issues.
If we cancel after payment, we will refund according to Section 10.

8. Payment

We accept payment via COD / bank transfer.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (except COD).
You agree that payment details you provide are valid and authorized.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
You must provide a valid address and reachable phone number.

Delivery Issues:

If delivery fails because of incorrect address/phone or refusal without reason, re-delivery costs may apply.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Returns/exchanges are allowed only under these conditions:

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
You notify us within [3–7 days — choose your window] of delivery.
Item is unused, unwashed, with original tags/packing.

Not Eligible:

Change of mind on unstitched fabric after cutting or use.
Custom stitched / altered items (unless defective).
Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale.”
Slight color/texture differences due to display or batch variations.

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed after item inspection.
Refund method may be store credit or original payment method depending on your payment type.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

11. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is treated as return subject to Section 10.
We may block accounts that repeatedly cancel COD orders after dispatch.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and product names—is owned by Sunaina Textile and/or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any content without written permission.

13. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments:

You grant us a non-exclusive right to use them for marketing and display.
Content must not be illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.

14. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website.
Post false reviews or impersonate others.
Upload viruses or malicious code.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Sunaina Textile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
