This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply, the method of refund, and timelines.

1. When Refunds Are Allowed

Refunds are only issued if:

  • your return request is approved under our Return Policy, and
  • the item passes inspection after we receive it.

2. Refund Methods

Depending on payment type:

  • Bank transfer payments: refunded to the same bank account.
  • COD payments: refunded via bank transfer or store credit (you choose).
  • In special cases, refunds may be issued as store credit.

3. Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are processed after inspection approval.
  • Typical timeline: 5–10 working days after return approval.
  • Bank handling times may vary.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective item).

5. Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is returned and approved, only that item’s value will be refunded.

6. Refund Rejection

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • return is requested after 7 days
  • item is used, washed, altered, or cut
  • issue is based on minor color/texture/measurement variations
  • item is clearance/final sale
  • claim is not supported by evidence during inspection
